Tragedies is a solemn prayer from a lost soul in hope of ending the suffering of mortality in a meaningless existence. It's power lies in its way of unlocking beauty in even the most tragic of fates (the human condition) and its honesty in presenting life in a 'warts and all' manner. Funeral despise the weakness of the modern soul, and these songs pierce through the blind moral fabric and reality denial of our society. 

A sombre, yet elegant take on the existential pain that we have all felt deep down from one moment or another. Instilled with the lost traditions of great romantic art. 

Magical song-writing, using the simplest of techniques, evoking from genuine emotion rather than false pretense. Music to move the soul. 

Now I loath the presence of God, 

whom I had such trust in. 

Only to be abandoned, 

my hardest of times.
