Fates Warning - Awaken the Guardian

Music as myth; with the innocence of dreams and fairy tales, a world where science and morality do not matter and deep symbolism describes our experience and conception of life. Freedom to gaze at eternity, equally blessed to feel the moment. Fates Warning do not write music for the modern man, from Arch's vocal style that breaks free of the narrating via words, instead he uses a tactic similar to opera where he narrates via melody. The guitars are gorgeous, timeless, full of wonder, neo-classical melodies, harmonies... not really a hint of black and white emotions such as hate or love, happiness or despair; they belong in the realm of the eternity, where mortals dream to dare. All frame with free-flowing narrative song-structures, full of complex riff cycles.
